T.A.B. Design Architects was founded in 1990 by Timothy A. Brinduse, R.A. The range of work by our firm includes the design many Municipal and Commercial Structures. We have also designed a great many one of a kind Single Family Residences. During the last thirty years our primary emphasis has been the design and development of various types of affordable housing. During this time our focus has been Special Needs Housing projects spanning dozens of Senior Apartment Complexes, Shelters, Group Homes and well over a hundred modifications to individual residences related to enhanced accessibility. Our clients have included a substantial number of Not-For Profit Housing Providers, Municipal Authorities, State Agencies, Private Housing Providers and Supportive Living Specialists.

We are especially proud of our work helping to provide Emergency Housing and Shelters for a variety of populations. Our Shelter work has included Domestic Violence, the Mentally Illness, Substance Abuse, Single Parents and Children. This work been done exclusively with members of the Not-For-Profit Housing Community.
